Membership
The Netherlands Demographic Society is for anyone interested in demographic issues such as population aging, family formation and international migration, for example scientists, policy makers and civil servants, but also journalists, entrepreneurs, teachers and students. You don't have to be a demographer to become a member of the NVD!
Membership rate
The membership rate is € 35 per year if you pay by direct debit. If you do not want to pay by direct debit, the contribution is € 40,- a year.
As member of the NVD you receive
- discount for attending the annual Dutch Demography Day
- an invitation to seminars that are (partly) organized by the NVD (seminars usually have no registration fees)
- an invitation to the Annual Member Meeting
- the magazine Demos (in Dutch)
Therefore, as a member of the NVD you will be well-informed of the latest demographic developments!
Become a member?
Do you want to become a member of the NVD? Then choose the option 'Become a member NVD'. You will then be forwarded to the Member Portal. Choose 'Aanmelden als lid' and complete the registration form.
Address changes and termination of membership
You can change your address yourself in the Member portal using the login and password you received at your registration.
