Objectives

The Netherlands Demographic Society has made a record of two objectives in her Statutes:

1. To promote the scientific study of population issues in general, and in the Netherlands in particular;
2. To promote the dissemination of knowledge on population issues in the wider society.

She aims to achieve these objectives through the following activities:

1. Scientific meetings
2. Stimulating research on demographic issues; and
3. Other lawful means that could promote the objectives.
