The day started with a plenary session about the \"<em>battle for talent<\/em>\", which address knowledge migration and the migration of higher educated in relationship with the current developments in the labour market. The plenary speakers were Maarten Vleugel (INDIAC) and Jeroen Doomernik (AISSR\/IMES). The plenary session was followed by three rounds of parallel sessions.
