The NIDI-NVD Master Thesis Award carries a \u20ac500 prize and a certificate. It is awarded during the Dutch Demography Day.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To qualify for this Award the Master thesis should:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>have a link with The Netherlands, either through the nationality, place of residence or university of the candidate, or through the choice of topic;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>have been successfully defended at a recent date (current or previous year);<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>be an original Master thesis, a thesis may only compete once;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>studenten moeten zelf hun scriptie nomineren voor de geldende deadline;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Houd onze nieuwspagina in de gaten om te zien <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">hoe en tot wanneer<\/span> deelnemers hun scriptie dit jaar kunnen indienen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>An expert jury of NIDI and the Netherlands Demographic Society judges all qualified submissions and selects the laureate.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Om onderzoek naar bevolkingsvraagstukken door jonge onderzoekers te stimuleren reiken het Nederlands Interdisciplinair Demografisch Instituut (NIDI) en de Nederlandse Vereniging voor Demografie (NVD) jaarlijks de NIDI-NVD Master Scriptieprijs uit voor de beste masterscriptie op het terrein van het interdisciplinaire onderzoek naar bevolkingsvraagstukken\/demografie.
