Dutch Demography Day 2021

[English only]

Update: this year’s Dutch Demography Day will take place online on Wednesday 24 November. We had hoped to finally meet again in 3D in Utrecht, but considering the worsening COVID situation and new government measures, we have no choice but to move our event online.

The Netherlands Demographic Society (NVD) invites you to join the Dutch Demography Day 2021, taking place on Wednesday 24 November online. At the conference the most recent findings in the field of population studies will be presented, including family and fertility, migrants and migration, health, mortality and longevity, population ageing, population growth and decline, and urbanization.

Keynote address: Prof. Dr. Helga de Valk (Director of the Netherlands Interdisciplinary Demographic Institute) – “Moving on: how mobility in childhood influences later life”
